One of the better Post Office experiences I have had.
Let's face it - the Post Office is normally not the highlight of peoples days.
I have been to dozens of Post Offices over the years - I had a eBay side hustle for years and shipped literally well over 1,000 packages. I go out of my way to go to the Chaska Post Office.

I stopped into the Chaska Post Office yesterday - 1.6.2023 - and was pleased to see Iesha working. There were three people in line ahead of me. While like most people I don't like to wait however I observed how Iesha treated the people ahead of me. She was positive, efficient (without being rushed) and she gave a consistent level of excellent service. When it was my turn I was met with a cheerful hello and a smile. I will continue to use the Chaska Post office and hope that I find Iesha there to help me with my Postal needs.

Of all the places I've lived, I love Chaska the most, and the local post office exemplifies small town awesome. Most of the employees recognize me by now and they always have a friendly greeting for me. When we first moved in we often got the previous two owners' mail, but that was soon remedied. It's the first place I go when I need to send a package--the other places may be cheaper but this post office can't be beat for convenience and ease of use.
