She makes me (and I'm sure all the customers) feel like I am the most important customer Publix has. This is so rare these days, especially for a chain pharmacy. Tracy is knowledgeable about the services Publix offers and informed me about the Publix pharmacy app and online portal. These tools have been instrumental in managing my Grandmother's prescriptions and I love it! Simply amazing! I love it and love the drive thru too!
