East County Endodontics

I want to Highly recommend East County Endodontics. Dr. Brian Hornberger, Ben and the staff are wonderful. They are always very professional. I’ve had 3 root canals (2 in one day) and gum surgery by Dr. Hornberger. He explains everything throughout the procedure, continually checks to make sure you are comfortable,
they work quickly so the procedure time is not too long, and I have always had a smooth, rapid recovery. They follow up with a call to check how you are doing after a few days. Yes, I have had a painless root canal. I will always go to Dr Hornberger for any Endodontic proccedure I may need.

I had my first root canal done by Dr. Brian a few months ago at East County Endodontics, and he did a fantastic job! I was sent here by my dentist after I had a tooth suddenly break, and by the end of the procedure I could tell that Dr. Brian was a pain eliminating expert! I had heard stories of root canals being painful, and I am happy to say that this was not my case here! When it was over, I felt a slight tenderness for about 3 days after the procedure, and by the end of the week I felt completely pain free! The staff there also called me the following day to check up on how I was feeling, and I was very pleased to hear from Alisha, who worked with Dr. Brian on the root canal. They are a very skilled, professional, and caring practice! :)

Had the best experience with my back to back root canals! The staff are excellent from beginning to end!! They’re all so friendly helpful attentive and professional. Dr Hornberger is so kind, patient, professional, thorough, and has the best bedside manner I’ve ever experienced in all my years of dental work! I didn’t feel judged. Didn’t feel ripped off. Didn’t feel confused or insecure. They explained every single step! No surprises! And best of all no surprise bill at the end! Everything is clear and transparent! Forms are easy to access and complete online. They go thru costs and explain everything. They go above and beyond here! We will never go to another endo as long as Dr Hornberger is here. Thank you!

Dr. Hornberger and his staff could not have been kinder, more professional or better. Truly, from the moment I walked in, they explained everything in detail, made me feel at ease (a root canal is nerve wracking) and it was over much faster than I realized. Would recommend them to anyone needing oral surgery.
