  Im biased because Chong is my friend. I come to the shop for more complex maintenance and repairs for my road and mountain bikes.
  New bikes are more complex compare to old bikes.

  Very knowledgeable and explains everything thoroughly. As I am new to mountain bikes and what best will suit me. Chong took the time to properly explain the options I might need and the ones I don't. Great customer service I will recommend to everyone!

  Very polite and professional! Been there a few times now and definitely impressed with Chong's experience and knowledge of bicycles and his generosity in giving me the best deal he possibly can! You can tell he enjoys what he does, makes an HONEST living doing it, and is not just out to squeeze every nickel and dime he possibly can out of you! Ty Chong! You got a good thing going there! ????????????

  Great customer service. I was buying a bike for my 6 year old and the shop owner helped me decide which bike would be best and didn't pressure me into buying something that would be more expensive or accessories that I didn't ask about. He also offers 20% off future purchases of accessories.
