I was super nervous at first taking my car in for check engine light diagnostics AND John was more than helpful he was able to see there’s a problem with my sensor he ordered parts and had my 2014 Dodge Dart Ready to go a little after an hour!! John and his Wife Vanessa Are Amaaaaazing! Definitely will recommend to family and friends

John is very honest and to-the-point. He'll diagnose and give you an estimate, detailing exactly where every penny is going. He gets your car in and out fast! I took my truck Monday morning for a massive transmission leak, he diagnosed it by noon, and my truck was ready by closing time that same day! He's my son's boss' go-to for his work fleet. His wife Vanessa is so kind and patient, explaining whatever I didn't understand. She's fluent in Spanish, too! I'm so happy we went to him. I highly recommend Action Auto & Fleet. Definitely going back to him soon. ❣️
