Sutter Urgent Care - Antioch

I only waited about 10 minutes to be seen which I thought was fast for a Saturday afternoon. Dr. Johnson did a good job explaining the pros and cons of taking Paxlovid for my COVID infection. He considered my current meds and checked my vital signs. I am in pretty good shape for a 79 year old so he left it up to me whether or not I should take Paxlovoid.

I'm so greatful for Sutter Urgent Care! With our doctor's busy work weeks, having same day medical attention without having to go to an emergency room is a blessing. I arrived at 8am, the girl at the desk was so welcoming and pleasant. In fact, everyone who worked there that morning was just wonderful. We were taken care of immediately and on our way in no time. They're a caring team you can't go wrong with.

Outstanding service at this location! The front desk clerk was very thorough on my intake, and 2 more medical assistants combined to weigh me, ask important questions of me, draw my blood, get me to provide a urine sample, take my blood pressure, pulse, check me for COVID and flu - and then the doctor came in. He was a substitute doctor from Berkeley, but he was very professional and confident in what he wanted to do to help me and the drugs he prescribed for me. After the doctor was done with me, then an RN came in and went over the After Visit Summary with me and my immediate instructions for the near future ... This is the best Urgent Care facility in East Contra Costa County and nobody else is close ...

Super fast, efficient, and convenient. Nurse practitioners and doctors at this urgent care are really friendly and thorough. Most often, not too long of a wait time. I’ve been coming to this urgent care for years and have never had any issues and have always had great service.

If you ever go to Urgent Care off of Lone Tree Way, just know the urgent care doctor is amazing!!! she literally didn't let me leave until every panel that she could run was taken. I love that about her. the staff was amazing and quite honestly, made me feel a sense of relief after being seen!!!
