I have been struggling with ptsd, depression, anxiety, sleep apnea, alcoholism and addiction for many years. He recommended me to go to AA and rehab. He also got me a c pap machine for my sleep apnea due to me being 270 lbs, I used to be 190 until I fell into everything. He helped me through the many years, I have been sober for almost 6 years, I am back down to 190 lbs and no longer use the cpap. And, yes, none of my problems will go away, there is no cure, but he has helped me learn to control them. No more suicidal thoughts, even after attempting 3x. Still sober, and after today's appointment he told me I have come a long way, and I agree, I was a mess back then. I highly recommend Dr Parham. He pushed me to get myself better and I have. I was able to get an appointment that was 1 day away, with many time slots available. Their app is also super easy to use and they were really communicative before the appointment to make sure that they could cover all bases with what was needed for my physical.
