“Jacob was my first point of contact and represented Antioch Nissan very well. Open and honest about his availability, and given his manner and approach to customer service, felt important and welcomed. The test drive was 4 days prior to purchase, which was a day off for Jacob, but Thursday, met him at our appointed time, and we completed the sale. The whole store as a whole, clean, presentable, professional. My only concern is feeling like fresh bait tossed in a waters and watch the sharks on feeding frenzy approaching us, before we were even out of the car.”
