“I know I know...I'm reviewing Quick Stop! In my defense this is no ordinary Quick Stop. Whoever owns this place is great at hiring people! There's a lot of seedy characters that come here. Drug dealers, pimps (I know because one tried to recruit me), homeless and last but not least KILLERS. Yes killers! Several years ago a young lady was in the store and her boyfriend went to shoot her and the store clerk took the bullet for her! Now if that's not customer service...what is?? There's very few women that work there if at all. Usually these employees are big guys! I like that because I feel safe. Don't get me wrong I'm all for equality but safety is number one at your employment. The Exception is DJ dancing Danny (his real name has been changed for his protect)! He's a little guy but he raps to you while you wait in line. He puts a smile on my face every time! On that note, the employees are always friendly and even try to up sale you. I like that having a strong sales background. I usually buy something extra. The store is always clean and well stocked. I always find something bad to eat or drink. I try not to buy unhealthy food at the grocery store but I always get cravings so I end up here! Hence the check-ins! I didn't want to take pictures inside Quick Stop. I was afraid that that customers would think I was a cop or private investigator! Ha!”

I was going to go to a different body shop approved by Geico, but decided to go to Darryl’s’s because a friend of mine works here. At first I was upset because it was taking longer than I expected. Looking back at the situation, I would like to give Darryl’s a five star review because he overcame difficulties during the holidays and losing a crewmember but he still performed well and gave me my car back in excellent condition and he even steam cleaned my seats for taking longer than expected. Now that’s what I call five star customer service. Very fair and professional”

“Found this hole in the wall mom and pop shop and it was decent. Got the tostilocos which disappointing because they put pickled pork strips in it and I had no idea because it wasn’t in the picture posted and I don’t eat pork. Also got the Sandia Loca which was packed with a variety of fruits, peanuts, and tamarind bits covered in chamoy sauce. I purchased some conchas and was disappointed at how stale and hard they were, definitely tasted like they were a few days old. The elote in a cup was perfect. Had the right amount of mayonnaise, lime juice, tajin and cheese. I will definitely go back for the fruit bowls and the elote. Customer service was great and staffs were friendly.”
