I brought my car in with it pulling to the left. I was hoping it wasn't a suspension issue. Before I even made an appointment a technician went to look at the wear on my tires. I was told they would perform an alignment, but would check the suspension also. The issue was fixed with the alignment and tire rotation. Very thankful for Monkey Wrenches for being thorough and trustworthy. The front desk staff is knowledgeable and friendly also.
This places level of professionalism is outstanding! I’ve been working in the auto repair business for 20 years and am very skeptical about bringing my vehicles that are very special to me anywhere but now I’ve found the best place around! Services was great ,they where timely completely honest and direct with cost and time of repair, which I really liked. Roma, the service Advisor was very professional and polite The services she kept me informed on the repair the whole time my car was in the shop and what my options where could save money on the cost.Cost was a little high but the quality of work was fantastic and they gave my three years Warrenty on the work and parts. I would recommend them highly and plan to use them for all future repair and services.

Brian (Mgr) was straightforward and explained their services. He advised a customer ahead of me that Monkey Wrench couldn't accomplish what they wanted (a horn upgrade installation), rather than accept any job for a fee. Oil change and lube, top off all fluids, and check/fill tire pressures: $98.
Will return for future service of my 2011 CR-V EX-L. Very busy. Recommend calling ahead for a appointment. Limited parking (because they are busy).
The starter went out on m Mom’s car and I alive in Southern California. Monkey Wrenches was amazing in helping me get the car repaired and took payment over the phone as I could not be present for the repairs. They quickly analyzed the vehicle and advised on what additional work needed to be done. Excellent customer service and repaired quickly. Will definitely be going there again in the future.
