Lone Tree Animal Care

I came here yesterday for the 1st time. I previously had dealt with different vets who did not acknowledge my dog as a living breathing creature. Here at Lone Tree animal care they called my baby a baby. they called her by her name. they treated her with the best professional care.. I recommend everyone in the World who loves their pets as much. My sister and I consider for pets lover to take your pets here at Lone Tree animal care. The doctor personally took the time to examine my baby thoroughly well and elaborated everything in detail. I trust them with my heart I have 6 other little babies at home and I plan to be taking all of them to this vet hospital. They take in any case any situation I trust them. I also know they are going to. make a fortune off of my girls and my boy Thank you. the staff here are incredible they're mostly women from what I've seen they all work as a team and they are the angels on the block

Last month when the vet we've been with for years was booked up and when our dog sweet Bella Rose needed urgent care the staff and Doctor at Lone Tree Animal Care were ready for us when we arrived . They did the necessary tests to be able to diagnose her and start treatment . They treated her pain and gave us the medicine that would help her feel better and get better . They allow you to bring your pets blanket , bed or toy if that is what helps your pet feel more comfortable if they need to stay overnight or for the day for treatment . The Doctor and the whole staff gave loving and tender care to our dog right down to hand feeding her since she didn't feel like eating much at that time but would eat when they hand fed her . Dr. Nav explained to us that they could do more tests such as doing a biopsy but why put the animal thru that when it's not going to change the outcome or make anything better . They practice good medicine and care , DO NO HARM . Even though they hadn't moved in to their new office building yet their temporary facilities were meticulously clean . We are going to continue to bring our fur babies to Lone Tree Animal Care . They exhibit compassion and express sympathy for you and your pet . There's a word for a place like this ....TERRIFIC !!!

My new companion dog was lethargic during the day and I felt he needed to be seen urgently. Since I had just gotten him a week before from the shelter I did not have a Vet for him. I called around and could not get him to be seen...until I called Lone Tree Animal Care. They gave me an appointment within 30 mins on a Friday at 4.30pm! He was seen by the Vet. The Vet and staff were professional, courteous and friendly. I give them 5/5 for their availability and professionalism. I have chosen Lone Tree Animal Care to be the Vet for my pet. Kudos to them!

Update on my third visit. I called today and was able to be seen because my husband and I saw that Yoshi Bear was swollen due to an allergic reaction. Thank God for this place. Dr Nav took care of us this time. Again they were able to see us on a short notice. Dr. Nav was very reasonable with us knowing our situation. After , Yoshi Bear walked out of the vet office we knew right away he was better. Thank you Dr Nav for taking care of our boy. We really had a great experience with you. Again , if your in Brentwood or anywhere in Contra Costa I would give this vet a try. They also have friendly staffs as well. I would like to say Desiree is one of the sweetest vet techs I have ever met. Again they may only take curbside service but, don’t let that discourage you. Dr Nav as well as Dr Sandhu will take the time to give you the information you need.

I called this place and was able to get an appointment next day. I’m glad they were very flexible with their schedule. Doctor Sandhu is very knowledgeable and understanding. I had the best service here compared to any curbside service I experienced with a vet. They are doing curbside for now but the doctor and staff talk to you outside. My dog came out smiling and happy. A really positive sign. We will be back. If you are paying out of pocket they are understanding and reasonable . Look no further
give this place a try and you won’t regret. Dr Sandhu will go above and beyond to make things right. I will continue to go to this place and stay loyal. He definitely deserves my business.

I love everything about this veterinarian! Everyone on the team is very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable and I appreciate that they have no problem taking the extra time to answer any questions that I had about my puppy. Just in my first visit, I can tell that the doctors really love and care for their patients and thats definitely important to me. I've heard the vet call other pets 'babies' instead of 'patients' and I think it's the cutest thing! It just shows that this is more than just a job to them and they actually adore and love our pets like how us pet owners do, unlike a few other vets I've been to before. Even though my dog is young, she tends to have anxiety and nervousness when going to new places or meeting new people but everyone here was so inviting and kind, they made her feel comfortable right away. Very caring and loving staff, I'll definitely be making Lone Tree Animal Care my primary veterinarian :)
