His expert research and selling strategy got us four offers (3 over asking) within four days of going on market. Sale was completed on time with him successfully negotiating contingencies as needed thru the process.
He furthermore was of great assistance working with our buying agent for the purchase of our new house over 500 miles away. Our contingent offer on this house was accepted within 24 hours of us receiving the offer on our previous house and we could not be happier with the outcome of the entire process.

Because of his extensive experience he was able to give us recommendations for people to paint, put in new flooring, fix the roof and do handyman jobs. The house looked wonderful by the time we were ready for the open house. He kept us informed every step of the way and was highly responsive to any questions or concerns we had. He gave us all the information and benefit of his experience as we dealt with low ball offers, counters and then a sale. His integrity and deep knowledge were invaluable and we would like to give him more than five stars!

(March 21, 2023, 1:39 pm)Brian Sharp is the best realtor I have ever encountered. I have bought and sold at least 20 houses, and I am totally impressed with how thorough and knowledgeable he is. He sold us our current home, acting as realtor for both the buyer and seller. This is not an easy job, but Brian handled it perfectly. His communication was superb and he didn’t miss a thing. He was always available and always one step ahead of us. He even attended the closing at the title company in case there were any questions. Five stars for Brian Sharp!

Brian gives honest feedback on price and itemizes the steps you should take to improve the presentation of your property. His photographer is one of the best and took fabulous pictures of our property. His expertise with digital media is impressive - your listing shows up in the top three on the real estate websites and he tracks the hits your listing is getting - providing this information to you. Brian sold our house during the recent period when properties were not selling getting us full asking price. When our sale hit a snag, Brian stepped in with the solution to bring the sale to a close. Brian is available to you throughout the sale process and also after letting you know he is your "agent for life" available to you with any questions you may have in the future. He is such a professional, ethical, individual. We highly recommend Brian Sharp.
