(July 15, 2022, 12:47 pm)Very nice staff, always very friendly. The only caveat is the lack of habit of labeling cups. Probably 30 times over the past 2 months I came, and almost all 30 I had to find out where whose order is, even the employees themselves can’t always immediately understand where the order is, they have to take each cup, look for notes, sometimes even open the lid. The problem with the organization and it's easy to fix.

(September 17, 2017, 10:40 am)I dropped my coffee getting in my car (complete sadness), refusing to start my day like that, I went back for another one and they didn't charge me! So sweet to do such a courtesy. Great customer service! (Crew on 9/17 in the morning).
