Brentwood House Painting

If you want a quality paint job that will last YEARS then you need to reach out to Jim and his crew ASAP!! I am a construction project manager so very very particular about who I hire to work on my house. I actually found Jim through a friend who had their house painted by Jim and I just could not believe the attention to detail and quality of the paint job. I could not find ONE imperfection!

Jim comes out to take a look and provides you a detailed quote with in a few days, which is very fast if you can imagine how many calls he's getting to quote per day; plus actually being in the field working himself!

His quote tells you right off the bat what it will take to get the look you want. He doesn't mess around with low balling a quote and then later adding onto it so you get the quality paint that you actually need. He tells you what needs to be done from the start. He also explained the process so we could be sure when his team arrived they were able to work unobstructed.

We used a house paint app to select our colors and Jim provided free samples so we could make the final decision in person.

Another thing to note is we hired Jim IN DECEMBER! Yep middle of the rainy season. He communicated with both my husband and I via a group text to make sure we both knew what days would work and wouldn't due to weather. We lucked out with only have one rain day.

The process was very detailed. They start by pressure washing the house, letting it dry, then laying sheet plastic, taping everything off, then he caulked all voids, patched stucco that needed it and also spiffed up the foundation side wall for minor aesthetic fixes.

After the job was done we noted that there appeared to be some spotting. So instead of Jim giving us the run around he had the Sherwin Williams company representative out to review the paint job in person! It turned out WE had made a mistake by over caulking the lap siding. Even though it was our mistake, Jim still came by to touch it up and it looks amazing!

I can't recommend Jim and his team enough. If you want it done right and by a quality person call Jim. Don't mess around with some slap on company.

Now our house is the 'jones' on the street. We have gotten SO many compliments and its all due to Jim and his team.

Jim was reliable and trustworthy. when we scheduled the job he was on point from start to finish. His attention to detail and his craftsmanship was impeccable. Jim and Jason were very respectful and they were very conscious to keep everything neat and clean. My job order was small but tedious he remedied blending new texture to existing texture seamlessly and painted with other extras. I appreciate they treated my small job as if was just as important as a big job. He has great customer service. I was very happy with the finished product and would use him again and recommend him.
