  Ok, I am grateful for my new journey here at Crosley Gracie Jiu Jitsu Academy. I’ve taken advantage of the special and added a 3rd day a week. My Tuesday’s and Thursday’s with Ryan Murphy have been instrumental in my learning. Great instructors, great members working hard at the arts of this academy. So thank you to Ryan Murphy. Now I want to shout out to another instructor Fernando S. Valdes wow the first 13-15 minutes of cardio..... the hard work is paying off, it seems I’m adapting to the building of our bodies and cardiovascular system. Lol it’s ridiculous and beneficial by far. I wanted to shout out the the men and women on Monday evenings at 8pm. Thank you all for being good partners in our conditioning. I had a great extra 20 minutes of conditioning with you. Keep showing up and we will endure! Thank you Crosley Gracie for the journey.

  As a student here, I find their instruction impeccable and irreplaceable. In my opinion I am certain that their is no other martial arts academies I rather frequent. In addition to their splendid, they teach important lessons most commonly in their kids classes providing a great source of discipline.

You will find a spotlessly clean environment where respect, inclusion and positive wellness are practiced. If you are looking for training, health, self confidence and personal growth, please, come in and hang out. See for yourself what this place is all about. Talk to the students. Talk to the parents. Talk to the instructors. Think about embarking on a journey of enrichment. Do it for you. Crosley Gracie BJJ is a family for a family.

  The instruction is second to none. The fellow students are incredibly supportive. Great environment and super fun.

  Hard work pays off! Not only does my son learn to protect himself and others, but he shows respect by looking you in the eyes with a firm handshake and holding the door open. He has been taking lessons here for a year and a half, and I am so proud to see his progression. His confidence has grown, and he is getting so strong with true muscle definition and endurance. Last year he had an incident at school with a friend who took it too far while playing by pushing him down and hitting him, my son was able to defend himself with a few techniques and put the boy into submission, but because of how he talked it out with the boy they walked away best friends. So not only am I seeing a change in him in class, but outside of the class too, very useful tools for him to take for life.
