“I'm one of those people who don't write reviews but there is always the exception and this is mine. When I first started medicare I researched the information available, talked to several agencies and made my choices based on their input and knowledge. But little did I know!! I soon found out that the choices I made were not the right ones for me. I made it through a very expensive year and as my renewal time came I met with Joe Valenzuela at Vista Mutual Insurance Services. I made an appointment and we talked about all my needs from insurance premiums to copays all the way to prescriptions. I told him how I had made my choices from the prior year and I really needed to change them but wasn't sure how. Medicare was not as simple as it appeared. He took the time to talk to me, find out what I needed and didn't need. He was very patient and explained everything to me and made me feel at ease. We went over many possibilities until we found the perfect policies for me. By the end of our meeting I felt so much better. He managed to get me exactly what I needed at an affordable price. I have a couple of very high priced prescriptions and he found a policy that actually saved me almost $2000.00 on one of my prescriptions and at a lower policy price!! I've been with him ever since. Joe sends valuable updates via email during the year that keeps me informed on medicare issues. When renewal time comes Joe reaches out and we set a meeting to go over my current needs and any changes I may have had during that year. We review my policies to make sure they still meet my needs. I learned my Medicare lesson... No matter how easy it looks or you think it is, it isn't! I went from having the worst medicare experience to knowing I never have to worry again. “Great first impression. Like Ebony said in the comments I was drawn for dental cleaning which I didn’t mind as it was covered by my insurance. My implant is in next 2 days then I’ll put up with the right words about the experience but so far this is the best dental I’ve found including the staff is amazing. It’s my 10th dentist and before them all of them tried to grab money and I’m a very genuine customer and want worth of my money and do not like to get taken advantage as I felt like it is a big money connected scam chain by keep referring to another dentist and specialists for some unknown procedure to do.”

“The location of this place is really easy to find right off of the freeway. The staff in this establishment were extremely friendly and the lobby was clean. The check-in process is a very smooth process provided you have all of your information. I did not need to wait that long there was a little bit of a wait but that is to be expected. But it was not an uncomfortable wait... they had the cooking channel on which is always great. The task itself took no time at all, the nurse who helped me was nice and matter of fact but not rude.All in all this establishment was very well organized, well staffed, very clean and inviting.”

“Last night my daughter needed a prescription for a blood clot, this was sent to pharmacy by Dr at 8:50 pm. We rushed over to pick it up before pharmacy closed. The person working window told me they didn't have meds that we had to go to WC. The pharmacist overheard the conversation and found enough medication to get her through until Monday. Bless her for being compassionate and very helpful.”
