Raquel and her team have gone above and beyond our expectations for a property management company! She was so attentive and responsive to our emails, texts, and phone calls that she would frequently reply after hours and weekends! Any issues we had with the home were addressed very quickly with a professional sent out the next day. We were very pleasantly surprised to see no hidden fees when originally singing our lease, such as no administrative fees, extra taxes, no non-refundable deposits, etc. What they advertised for rent was what we paid! And no issues getting our refundable deposits back in the end. Raquel and her whole team has been very friendly and down to earth people to work with. Would highly recommend working with this company for anyone looking to rent or even buy a home!
