Events always seem to unfold at the least convenient moment. With four of us needing to shower and leave for the airport, every drain in my house was suddenly backed up due to a mine line blockage. I reached out to Echo Plumbing, and within an hour, they were at my doorstep, ready to tackle the issue. Their technician, Chris, along with his assistant, were incredibly professional and skilled, swiftly resolving what had seemed like an insurmountable problem. I'm definitely turning to them for any plumbing issues in the future.

I had a very big concern with my floor, it seemed to be leaking from under the floor boards. I called, and Chris literally came about 30 minutes later. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable regarding my concerns. He let me know all the steps needed to repair the situation. He was here for quite some time to give me the overview without charging me a dime. I love the fact that they are a local business and that I can support them, as well as receive wonderful service. Thank you Chris! I will definitely using them in the future as well.

Excellent Job Again Echo Plumbing
We - My husband and I- hired Echo Plumbing & Rooter to replace our Garbage Disposal; I had already purchased the Make/Model I wanted. We made an appointment andChris C. arrived on time and got straight to work. He setup padding to protect the floor and keep it clean. He opened the box & pulled out all the shiny new components and got started. He disassembled the old disposal. He then assembled the strainer section. He installed, secured/waterproofed the strainer section and certain hoses. Next up was to connect the disposal-guts/grinding chamber i.e. motor. He unwrapped the large motor and discovered that it was not only used, but full of dried-up food waste. I was furious that the product I purchased as NEW (~$250) from a reputable non-big box retailer, that was sealed as new, was instead, rifled thru by a dishonest fake “customer” who swapped his/her disgusting broken/filthy part with the new grinding chamber stolen out of the box and then returned the broken unit to the store as new.
Chris offered to do the exchange, but I wanted to return/exchange the unit myself. Chris contacted his next customer to see if he could start earlier. He could. He left and returned soon after I got home with the NEW (Verified inspected by the retailer NEW Garbage Disposal unit). Chris did a great job, including making good use of his time and I appreciated him acknowledging my frustration with an issue that was no fault of his.
My experience with Echo Plumbing has always been great. Chris and Juan, in the past, have always done an exceptional job. We will call Echo Plumbing first for all of our future plumbing needs. And for the future, we now know they routinely carry new replacement Garbage Disposal Units in their trucks.
P.S. The retailer was responsive and took corrective action. In the future they be closely checking each return to ensure all parts in the return are correct and new as were sold.

We were having issues with our outdoor sump pump and found Echo Plumbing & Rooter on Yelp. They were able to stop by the next day and did a free estimate. Once they found the issue with the pump, they provided options how to go about resolving the pump issue. They were friendly, professional, and also went above and beyond just replacing the pump by cleaning out the pit which had lots of debris. We are very pleased with their work and will use them again for future plumbing needs.

Needed a new bathroom faucet installed. Chris came out same day as my call. The one I purchased wasn’t the best option so Chris went to Home Depot and got a better option with a very efficient and easy to use “push down drain plug”. He had other valuable suggestions that were appreciated. Now my sink is working so well. Really liked my experience with Echo Plumbing.
