Great customer service. We had an issue with our room, and it was so easy to switch rooms. Didn't feel like we were a burden to staff at all.
Love the location. Right next to Cracker Barrel and the inter state.

A nice place. Relatively quiet. My room is clean. Ved comfortable. TV is too small. Hate the remote. Lol. But would definitely stay st this location again.

Super nice staff and well kept hotel. I have felt like all hotels have lost a sense of hospitality since Covid, but this was the best experience I have had at a hotel in months. Breakfast was tasty and the area was clean. The room was spacious and perfect for our family.

Housekeeping was so incredibly loud. Slamming doors nonstop, yelling up and down the hallway continuously, and I only had one regular but 3 decaf coffees in the room when we arrived. Front desk staff was very nice and rooms were a little small but very clean. Gym was nice and cool.

The stay was really great! But Kavita Patel was rude as Hell at check out.
Trying to explain that card was charged twice but rudely trying to out talk me and husband and our bank on the phone. She needs customers service classes. Would love to stay again but not with her in charge.
