I want to thank Jim at pinnacle. We thought we had a powder post beetle problem. We had another termite company tell us that we needed to fumigate our house for $5,000. We called Pinnacle for a second opinion and it turned out we had Milled in beetles that did not need a fumigation. I could not believe it. We were looking for a better price. The other company made a mistake. Thanks again for being honest.

Wow what a great experience. We had Rats and pinnacle got rid of 4 of them! I could not believe we had four. They were professional on time and courteous. I would refer them to everyone.

Hands down the best pest control company ever! Worked with Pinnacle at a recent flip I did in the Elk Grove Area. Needed a last minute inspection done at the house and no one in town was available. Pinnacle came promptly at 8am and got the inspection done for me and sent me the results within 1 hour. I'm extremely happy with the responsiveness and the pricing was on point. Thanks Pinnacle for being there for me when I needed it. Likely to use them again in the future.

I used Pinnacle Pest In my rental property and I can say that the level of professionalism and knowledge from my tech at Pinnacle was pretty impressive. I can't say enough good things about them. Unfortunately, we've had issues with mice and roaches for years in a previous apartment, so we've seen our share of exterminators. Pinnacle Pest turned out to be lightyears ahead of everyone else we've tried so far. Maybe I got lucky with our technicians? … So far Jason and Austin have been great. Not only do they do the job, but they care about my tenants and make sure that I look good in taking care of the place. I would recommend Pinnacle to anyone having issues or bugs or mice. They seem to have a wide range of specializations, since our tech has advised us on both mice and insects.

I have a rental property in Concord that Pinnacle Pest has been servicing for 2 years now. I originally called Pinnacle after my tenant found mouse droppings. Since its hard staying on top of problems with my rental property, I try to get reliable help. Anyway, Pinnacle sent a technician out the next day. The Tech was very professional and knowledgeable. He found the openings where rodents were getting in and sealed them, set some traps and I haven't had a problem since. Very pleased with service. They return my calls promptly, arrived on schedule and get the job done right. No inflated claims, no gross markups, no nonsense and professional to the end. Best relationship ever with the exterminators & the company as a whole.
