Jamey was a God-sent real estate agent who made my journey possible from series of house hunting to the final sale of the condo in Dublin, CA. Being married and living in the midwest, looking for a new house with my husband in another state, I realized again how rare professional Jamey is and I miss her. I recognize she is built to be the best in whatever she does with such expertise with continuing updates, verbal/non-verbal communication skills, thoroughness, effectiveness for her business, and the best part, her compassionate heart for customers. Jamey is an amazing real estate agent who exceeded our expectations in every way possible. She made the entire home purchasing process a breeze and went out of her way to understand what we were looking for in a home. As first time home buyers we didn’t know what we were doing but we were confident to know that we were in good hands. She’s very organized and has great attention to detail. She was super responsive throughout the entire process and also great at checking in with us periodically. Because our home was new development, she even found several minor issues during our new home orientation that we wouldn’t have found ourselves. What kind of Realtor would advise a Buyer to pay less than they’re willing to pay??

One that’s extremely confident in her abilities to communicate effectively with the Seller’s agent AND also really care about the best interest of her client as a Buyer…. This is extremely rare to find. I’ve had dozens of real estate transactions both as a Buyer and Seller (residential and commercial) and I can honestly say Jamey Tak is the only agent I have worked with that I can confidently recommend to anyone, including my own family, without any hesitation.
