I had bad sciatica pain for 3 years. Looked into surgery not really what i want. I met Roger and Sherri and started osteostrong. I have gone from 3-6 gabapentin a night to zero. This program works i saw results the first week.

I joined OsteoStrong Danville in August because of a recommendation from my nephew, who is a chiropractor. I called him because I have borderline osteoporosis in my hips and lower back. I didn't want to go on the medication and so along with nutrition advice, he told me the best thing I could do is to find an OsteoStrong and join up.

I am 73 and have lower back and knee issues. I go once a week and have seen an overall improvement of 52% but the most important benefit is the improvement in my everyday life. I'm considerably stronger, have better balance and my back and knees don't bother me nearly as much. Recently we had to move three rooms of furniture for new flooring and I was able to lift and move things that I would never have attempted, fearing that I would hurt myself. I also sleep better.

The staff at Danville are amazing. I've worked with Roger and Stephanie and they cheer me on when I come in. They're both so knowledgeable about body mechanics and are incredibly supportive and encouraging. I feel like I can accomplish anything during my session.
