There was an error or issue with insurance switching from Rite Aide to Walgreens. Walgreens staff handled it swiftly and efficiently and kept us in the loop. The prescription was ready that same day, and we didn’t have to do anything other than give a call or two. Wonderful service and caring pharmacists and staff. Kudos!
