“This institution should be the model facility for all other counties. The process is stress free fast and efficient. The medical staff and employees have been very pleasant and the ease of access in terms of working toward a diagnosis through to complete or post surgery is a breath of fresh air. Your MD your blood lab your radiologists, everything you need on the same property. Even The hospital Is Next Door. There has never been more than a 15 min wait and communication with my doctor is fantastic. If I need to talk to my doctor I can just email him and if I want my records, blood work, history, to make your appointments it’s all done online. I have lived in 5 metropolitan cities and there is nothing perceptible by comparison. The modality of the entire system is one to be adopted across the country. I won’t move back to Napa because the system in place for that county is so very different. Thank you to all the minds that made this facility great.”
