(October 26, 2018, 2:17 pm)I've been attending classes here for about 6 months. The space is great - a medium sized room with windows on three sides looking out into trees. The instructors are all very talented and with diverse ways of teaching yoga. I especially like the Sunday evening restorative Yin yoga classes with Jamie. Finally, there are three or four classes a day to choose from, so it's easy to find a class that meets my schedule.

(July 26, 2017, 12:23 am)This is a wonderful little place hidden in the green trees and easily accessible from the BART station for those out of town. I' m not writing this gladly as I'd like to keep it a secret but they deserve an honest review ;-) .
I enjoyed the class I had and felt welcome in a friendly environment and I felt bad I had to run while everyone started chatting together, maybe since it was the last class of the summer day.
The teacher was wonderful too. I ll be back for sure. -
