Great place, detailed quality work. Father and son are extremely helpful and considerate of your needs. I live out of state, but when I'm in town I will drop bags/footwear off for service.
Good customer service
They are professional and do great job. I took 3 pairs of Italian shoes there, two of them were boots and were my favorites. They were comfortable and unique. I wore them so much for so many years that they were falling apart yet I was not ready to let go of them. I thought to give it a shot to have them fixed. I found this amazing place and I am so pleased with the work they did. My dead boots came alive again.
