  The folks who work there love animals. I used their animal bathing facility. Baths (you do the animal bathing) are $15 for a token. If you buy 3 tokens you get an additional one free.

  I've loved PFE ever since my days working at an animal shelter in Oakland, where they donated great quality food for the shelter animals I worked with. They don't sell live animals, but sponsor adoption events, which is another reason to love and support them. The PFE shop in Pinole is my new go-to place for all things dog, and the staff is always great to me and my pups. I wish they carried a larger, better quality selection of bird supplies for my parrot son, but that's my only complaint!

  I took my puppy to use the washing station since he was scared when he went to the groomer. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted and offered help, which I needed. The washing station has everything you need, they even let you borrow a water proof collar so yours can stay dry. After all of that, they even helped me with his diet so he wouldn't be as stinky, it worked. They are nice, knowledgeable and helpful. This is a hidden little gem.

  This place is amazing because the store manager Susan is so helpful. The rest of the employees are always willing to help. Customer service means alot to me. They have helped me so many times buying products for my sick dogs and helping out rescue dogs. I will not go anywhere else.

  They only carry food & treats that aren't unhealthy junk. Lots of organic, holistic, grain-free & sustainably sourced products. The employees are helpful & well-trained . Easy parking always available. What's not to love?
