When I first came to Sue's Place, I didn't expect much from a small diner. Although most of their menu seemed to be breakfast items, it was lunch, so I opted for a Cheeseburger instead. What I got blew my mind.
Their cheeseburger is like none other. The patty was cooked to perfection: it was flavorful, soft, and juicy. So juicy, in fact, that it dripped meat juices the entire time I ate it. The patty itself was large, larger than I expected yet not unwieldy or too excessive. The lettuce was crisp and plentiful, the tomatoes were thick, and the sauces gave the burger's flavor a hearty kick. It really was a burger above.
Their fries were great, too. Crispy on the outside yet soft on the inside, each gave a satisfying crunch when bitten on. Their fries were fresh and tasty.
I had the cheeseburger and fries four times, each time was as amazing as the last. This place might seem like a small, unassuming hole-in-the-wall restaurant, but it's my favorite. I'd give Sue's 6 stars if I could.
Cornedbeef mixed with garlic fried rice topped with 2 over easy eggs. Sooooo good!!!
Fun joint...feels like we've been transported to another era w/its retro music, vintage furniture, and down-home hospitality. If it were a little more spacious, we'd get up and dance!
Delicious, customized veggie omelet. Long live charming eateries with great quality and service. Kudos Sue and Staff!
Found our new favorite breakfast diner. Place is old-school cute. Waitress was kind, attentive and quick. Food was delicious. What else can you ask for? Will be back again.
