Veronica Lunk is amazing, the best part of switching to Allstate is the best customer service I received from Veronica. She seriously deserves a big bonus, she handled everything without hassle or delay. So prompt to respond and eager to help me even with the littlest question or problems.

I just recently called to get a quote for auto & home insurance and spoke with Yvonne. She was the most helpful and knowledge person I've spoken with concerning policies and deductibles. Thank you Yvonne, for being so knowledgeable in your field, that is hard to come by these days.

I like when I call my agent with a problem to be worked on there are no delays or excuses she takes care of it and that's important to me. I'm new at Allstate so I'm still learning about the benefits they provide. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Allstate Insurance to my family and friends.
