“I've actually not been here yet, but gave 5☆ so as to not skew rating down artificially. (So I actually did the opposite, lol). Just wanted to say, the Google Street View of this business is of the work crew leftovers, along with who-knows-what random trash one finds in the BACK of a building, NOT THE STORE ENTRANCE!! The photo is easily changed, Google. Some people will not bother going to a store if this is Google's idea of a business storefront. EDIT: So I have now visited the Pinole CosmoProf (9/23/18 Sunday afternoon), and I stand by the FIVE STARS I gave before. First, I was *greeted* by the associate, A+! So many stores don't bother. Then I got excellent assist with my "window shopping" as I am not a Professional, hence no membership. She allowed me to examine a number of hair scissors, knowing her efforts would not be culminating in a sale. (One suggestion for Management, how hard would it be to have on display the scissors you have for sale? With the ability to hold and handle each one, comparing fit and function, shopping would be so much easier; also much more likely to buy the more expensive pair, if they feel fantastic in your hand!) The associate, whose name i cannot remember (!), was a lovely and pleasant young woman who was very attentive and helped me out a lot. I would not hesitate to "shop" here again, or to recommend it to others.”
