Winter Auto

I really appreciate the amazing customer service I get while getting my car serviced at Winter Honda. There has never been a time when I've gone in for any auto service and they have not been highly professional, informative, & gone the extra mile "if you will". Today was no different. Only reason they didn't earn five stars is because, for some reason, they said they couldn't figure out why my phone wasn't connecting to my car's bluetooth system. It's one of the main reasons I purchased the car I did, and from them, and suddenly it's no longer working. They "implied" that it was probably an "update" that the car needed, but they just didn't know when Honda might come out with it. Frustrated am I? Yes! But my car still looks gorgeous and runs beautifully, but my favorite part of the car isn't working and they don't know when it will, again. Ugh!????????
