I didn't have to get out the car and sit in a oily waiting room. Took about 20 minutes once it was my turn. All the technicians were very professional and friendly. I recommend this place”

Asked jason is we could somehow get the wheel done any faster then normal because we were supposed to be traveling back to idaho that day. “This location fro service on your Hyundai is the best, Manny at the service department is exceptional and will give you notification and specifics before you approve anything to be completed. The time table for parts is a little long but with the pandemic its expected. The quality of work is good also I went to the Tracy location once and they had cracked a plastic panel inside the vehicle in which they denied doing during a recall for brakes is in that same location nonetheless it was not resolved. Manny and the group there are extra tentative and transparent.”

“I brought my 2008 Chevrolet Suburban to Nathan at Jolly Wrenches. The side running boards stopped retracting and the auto ride air compressor stopped working. Nathan had his mechanic John look at it. They figured out the problem and gave me more than reasonable quote. I didn't tell them, of course, but I had taken it to another mechanic shop prior to bringing it to them. They told me what the problem was and it was the same diagnosis as the other shop gave me. Seemed like both shops were being pretty honest. However the other shop told me $700 to fix it and Nathan gave me the quote of $400. No brained!!! Everything is fixed and the vehicle is running great! Thanks Nathan and John.”
