In addition to amazing chiropractic work, Dr Strand takes the time to explain exercises and lifestyle adjustments that can be made to maximize relief and recovery. Dr Strand’s staff is also top notch, it’s obvious the whole team really takes pride in what they do. I highly recommend Dr Strand and his team!
