These two attorneys took on CDCR 2010 represented four RNs, three of color and one white who ironically stepped forward charging the State of discrimination as a supervisor who witnessed the blatant verbal assaults against her fellow subordinates. Bonner&Bonner did not know what they were headed into, but after three years, the state had to settle “it”. Powerful in. the most subliminal manner indeed with the nurses exhausted but prevailed. These guys were thorough and diligent. They also were kind and compassionate to the end.
