My mom has lived here for 6 years. She has made a lot of friends with the staff and residents. There are many activities in the facility and you can stay as busy as you want. My mom loves the bingo and domino times. Another game she loves is pass the penny it is one of her favorite games. Mom has been taking part in the outings using the facility bus to go to movies, concerts, and restaurants with other residents. We also use the bus to get to doctor appointments. They work hard to make it inviting, and it is a place you feel good about your parent living. The residents feel like part of a family.

My mother has lived at Northwood Manor over four years, and she is very happy. The staff has always been kind, and compassionate, with the residents and their families. The facility is always clean and inviting. The meals, and activities are top notch. I highly recommend Northwood Manor.

Northwood Manor is not only a beautiful place to live but a true caring environment. The entire staff are friendly, helpful, and go beyond to help the residents and the families.

As a daughter of a resident, they communicate any concerns to me, large and small, which gives me relief that my mother is safe and under caring hands.

They provide my mother with exactly what she needs at this time of her life, 3 meals a day, activities, medicine reminders, help with daily tasks and kind people surrounding her every day. They are a blessing to me and my mom!

We had to make a quick decision and find a place for our mom to live. John and Kevin assisted us and helped us with the transition. Mom has needed time to adjust but ALL the staff has been wonderful in helping her adjust despite all the COVID restrictions. They have done a phenomenal job in making sure she is taken care of and all her needs are met. We have been very happy with their response times with our needs and concerns. We highly recommend Northwood Manor for your loved one.

First overall, I do check the star rating to see how is the company like in terms of auto service and customer service. Well, I had a great service and I was referred from a friend to come to this place. Had a quick amazing inspection for salvage vehicle as to get my brake and lights certificate. For my service it took me 20 mins to get my service done and the owner is friendly as well. Will recommend this place!!!

Northwood is a fantastic place for Senior Citizens. The staff are always very attentive and friendly. They go above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy. The meals here are hot and delicious! The lifestyle 360 program provides tons of fun activities to engage the residents. I'm always impressed with the management. They are so involved and communicate really well with the residents. I have seen a lot of senior communities, this is by far my favorite!!!
