“I've been meaning to write a review and give a big thank you to EROS heating and cooling. At the end of Nov., there was a major cold snap here in the Bay Area. My little 11 yr. old dog was suffering with Lymphoma and I got in touch with various heating companies one night. I mentioned my sick, elderly dog. The next morning, he called and by the afternoon the owner had personally come to fix my heater. He was professional, kind, polite, quick, and after asking him questions about a new system, realized he knew a lot. He made some good suggestions and I will use his companies services again. I also got a 60 day warranty, which is great. Another company (unnamed) wasn't able to fix the repair. I am thinking about installing a new system, and in the meantime, he got my heater going. I think Google reviews are much more legit than Yelp too, by the way! I sadly lost my angel on Jan. 7, but fondly look back on him being comfortable and warm in his last days with me.... Thank you once again, Eros Heating and Cooling! My puppies thank you, too.”
