This is an amazing CrossFit/Gym. What I appreciate the most about this gym is the people. The Owners, Alex & Rob are great dudes. They are friendly, easy to talk to, and great trainer. The classes can be finetune to your ability and level. Plus you'll always be welcome with contagious smile and enthussiam from Alex, who trains me often.
