Andrew Kolasa - State Farm Insurance Agent

Great experience working with Andrew on my home, auto and umbrella policies. He provided a local, personal touch and was very thorough in analyzing my situation, making appropriate recommendations and coming up with a solution that worked for my insurance needs. No claim yet (and hopefully never) but would definitely recommend him and work with him again on procuring insurance.

I can't rate the claims process yet, as I just became a customer--but I'll say I'm incredibly glad that I've joined as one! From initial outreach through underwriting through billing, Ariana was incredibly responsive over email and reachable via phone. She was clear in communication and followed through with what we discussed. Folks like Ariana have cemented in my mind that customer service at insurance companies doesn't have to be lousy, and I'm glad to have made the switch to State Farm--well before my previous policy was due to expire. I would have even paid a premium to my last premium given the exemplary level of professionalism shown, but the cherry on top is I'm actually saving money for better coverage! That's a triple win right there.

I have been insured by another carrier for many years, for some reason I wasn't treated good in my last incident. So I decided to give a try to Farms, I got a better rate on top of that, customer service was great. Ariana was knowledgeable, professional, very friendly, and patience on my large demands. I don't have any reviews on any other company, but its feels fear to make a good review since I really appreciate the service, hope this can help to other people to get business at this location.

Ariana is absolutely fantastic! She saved the day when I needed to close escrow in time. She prepared a quote and got all the info to my lender within 10 minutes. I highly recommend her.

I just want to say that this folks are the real deal. They take care of you from the moment you contact them. Always connect with you when needed and are not like AAA or those generic insurances out there that always mess you up instead of helping.
