Had an amazing experience. I went into the store to get new windshield wipers. Not only were they helpful finding the best parts, they attached them in the rain. At one point I felt like everyone in the store was helping me. Great service, friendly and extremely attentive and patient.

Was here visiting family and my wife's back brake pads started grinding. Ran here and grabbed new pads. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Amazing service. Quickest tire change and no appointment

I’ve been to this wheel works (Walnut Creek) and the San Leandro location, both have had friendly service writers, quick availability, and have performed the requested work well. I bring my vehicles in 1-2 times a year to have the alignment checked (perks of their lifetime alignment program). Like with many tire shops nowadays they print out the before and after which I like.

Fast and friendly service. I got there pretty late in the day and was not expecting them to be able to replace my truck tires on the spot. Well , they sure did and were done very quickly. I am very pleased with their service .

I'm from out of town. Needed my front tires replaced. I had the pleasure of working with Devin P. He was very pleasant to work with and was able to get me right in. I looked in the shop area and it was clean and organized. A messy shop can say a lot about how the company is. I had a great experience al around. Definitely recommend this shop.
