From start to finish, a true professional and a really nice person. He went to lengths that he really did not have to make me comfortable about the process, which I appreciate and will always associate with the almost-new vehicle now parked in my driveway.   I highly recommend eCars Direct if you’re in the market for a Lexus. John sold me a Lexus RX 350 in excellent condition with all the bells and whistles. The car buying process was quick and easy with no pressure. I’m so happy with my purchase and you will be, too.

  John a eCars Direct was very upfront and honest. They dont add extra fees to a sale like you would find at a big dealer. I just love my new Lexus and the price we got. We will definitely be recommending this place to everyone.

  This place is too good to be true! We just bought a very clean low mileage Lexus that was a prior lease return from Ecars Direct and saved over $4,000 from the same car that we were looking at from Lexus of Stevens Creek. They specialize in Lexus and Toyotas and are very knowledgeable about them. The entire transaction was extremely smooth. John made us feel very comfortable and was not pushy at all, not like your average car dealership. Non-stressful and patient to the max! I would refer them to anyone who wants to save time and money. We will definitely be back to purchase our next car from the Ecars Direct. Amazing savings and amazing cars!

  The 2 things that are different about this place is their PRICES and their level of HONESTY. They are thousands cheaper than any other car dealer, including Carmax. I purchased a low mile Prius Plug-In from eCars Direct and my experience was just perfect. My car came with 2 keys, a full tank of gas, and all original documents/books. All of their cars are clean, 1-owner, lease returns with low miles.
  
  Also, they gave me a significantly better price for my trade-in, with a fraction of the headache. They were super-accommodating at every step of the process. The owner even gave me a ride back to my building at multiple times! They have definitely changed the way I used look at used car dealerships.
  
  I can't imagine an easier and better experience all-around. I will never buy another car from a big franchise car dealer again, only from eCars Direct!!!
