Dave has insured my many motorcycles for decades, with better rates than ANY online, cut-rate provider I could find... Then, this weekend, my parents (both 87,and had been with THEIR agent for 30 years) lost their coverage because Kemper screwed up their "auto pay" (after they got scammed, and had to close their 50 year old bank account) because of a "check mark" on the agents internal website, that he didn't follow up on. 🤬
Dave answered my call, handled all of my drama personally (amid the 2019 wildfire, PG&E shutdown, crazy wind chaos he was already dealing with) and never batted an eye!! I could type for hours about how comforting he was, but you get the idea... ❤️❤️❤️
