(September 10, 2020, 9:03 pm)I made a request online at 6am. They message me at 8 am for more information. By 9am everything was finalized and we agreed to an appointment before noon the same day. The rep was 25 minutes late, but I appreciated that he called ahead of time. The customer service representative was very professional and I was impressed with the efficiency and quality of work performed by the mobile technician. His work was clean and detail oriented. Overall, I think the price was reasonable ($350 for a Sprinter van windshield), but the level of professionalism was beyond expectations. I wish other companies cared this much.
