“What can I say about Next level Carpet cleaning... how about AMAZING. I Called Ruben at Next Level carpet cleaning at around 1pm yesterday when another company I had hired did not show up. I asked for a quote and the price was very reasonable, then I gave him the bad news. I asked him if he could come to my house that same day and told him the story on the other company that didn’t show up. Ruben was amazing and told me would would be at my house around 3:30. He showed up about 5 min early (that was amazing) it took him about an hour and a half to finish everything. He text me again this morning to see if I was satisfied with the job and if I had any areas that need a second pass that he could come by and do a spot clean on those areas. I honestly can not express how thankful I am and how great his work ethic is, his eye for detail and customer service are above and beyond. I asked him for a few of his business cards and I am taking them to my office and I will be recommending him to all of my clients.”

My husband and son have both had their tuxedos cleaned here several times and each time, the tuxedos come back looking very new. I had a dress that I needed to wear for a Saturday wedding and I just got the dress on a Monday. I sent out requests for quotes specifying the type of material the dress was and what alterations I needed. Most places that responded said they could not help me, but this place said it was a possibility. I headed over there that afternoon and dropped off the dress. Even though it was the middle of prom season, I was able to pick my dress up on that Friday and it fit perfectly!
