“I am very disappointed not to mention disgusted . At first i was extremely satisfied with the service and especially the CS . I rented my space for 6 months and when i went to move out , the whole unit had been infested with rats . Not only that , they followed me to my new location . I went to the garage to start unpacking, i turned on the light switch and rats were everywhere . That's when I noticed all the holes in my boxes. They ate their way through my boxes and traveled with me Needless to say i took everything to the dump . After paying for storage all those months i was forced to throw all my belongings away . Clothes , dishes etc. I called the office to make them aware of this and all their CS went out the window . Warning to all . Check Your belongings before it's to Late !!! The only reason they provide Good CS is because they are paid to do it . It's their job !!!”

“We hired Affordable Concord Movers to pack and move our furniture when we were having new carpeting laid. Lou and Mario arrived right on time, padded and shrink-wrapped each piece and moved it onto our patio in three sections so that we could tarp everything, as it was sprinkling all day. They returned after the carpet was in, and moved everything back. They were quick, courteous and careful, put pads all over to keep the new carpet clean, and were very patient with my precision measurements. Every quarter-inch counts in this place! We couldn't have asked for better service, and would definitely recommend them.”

“Been storing stuff here for almost ten years now. I have had zero problems. The buildings in which the units are housed are temperature controlled (really nice if you are moving things in the summer heat). The property,buildings, and so on are kept clean,maintained,and do not ever have people living in them. The last 2 places i had storage units ended up driving me nuts due to things im not gonna go into here. I always reccomend Mt Diablo storage when someone ask about where to go for public storage. Its worth the money knowing your belongings are 100% safe,and the main problems other storage places may have dont exist here as far as i have seen. A good and trustable storage place can be hard to find sometimes and im very happy with my dealings at Mt Diablo self storage.”
