Lake Oaks Senior Mobile Home

Lake Oaks is a very nice looking park of manufactured homes located in quiet setting close to amenities in Placerville. Not many homes have garages.

My grandma has lived here for over 10 years, it is a beautiful park. We love to walk down to the lake where we have seen geese, turtles and deer. Make sure you have your badge because residents will question why you are there. Management has gotten strict on the residents, trying to control family visits among other things.

A very nice seniors park. Well kept neighborhood and a beautiful lake. A nice public area too.

I love the lake. I walk the trail everyday and I meet some residents walking their dogs. Everybody is so friendly.

It's a beautiful place to live. Lot's of activities. But management could be a little more attuned to the seniors that have familys
