The staff was amazing and extremely friendly. Colene (sorry if I misspelled it) was our dental assistant and she was beyond amazing! I have three children and this by far was the best dentist experience we have ever had. The dentist was extremely friendly and helpful as well. -

(March 29, 2018, 7:09 pm)My daughter had her first visit here at SmileTime Dental in El Dorado Hills. We were nicely greeted by Alessandra who made our baby girl feel so comfortable as she was a little nervous not knowing what to expect. As Alessandra treated her she explained everything she was going to do in very sweet manner making our daughter feel even more comfortable. She had a little trouble with the xrays and Allesandra decided not to push passed what our daughter could handle and only did 3 xrays saying "I'm not going to push her we have had a great visit andI want her first visit to be a great one". We really could not have asked for a better visit and a nicer person to take care of our baby. Dr. Rosy was really nice too giving us some great news that she had no cavities ..
Thank y'all for a great first dental visit for our baby girl. We will recommend you to anyone who may all us for a dentist for their kids
