    Quirky house in a quirky place. Àmazing sunsets from the helipad. Nice hikes. China peak is nearby. Two families stayed, with kids aged 13, 12, 10 and 10. It was perfect for our 3 day weekend. WiFi at the inn was a must since mobile connection here is spotty. The area was pretty hard hit by the 2020 Creek Fire. Amazed how secluded Big Creek is despite the power plant. There is an unfortunate hum from the plant turbines. Bring you own food - the drive to Shaver isn't an easy one.
