We had our balcony repaired, the job was on time, repairs/work were great. We found out over few months the materials did not hold, causing leaks. When we reached back, it was great service, the guys came back, inspected and redid all the needed work and repair and corrected the leaking at no extra cost. So far the balcony has held through the rains. Over excellent service, on time, professional. All the constructions folks were professional, on time and got the work done as scheduled.
I would recommend them highly and use their services for additional projects.
