My mother was in hospice care for almost 2 weeks. From the moment she entered this caring and compassionate facility, I knew she would have the best care for the remainder of her life. The staff and nurses went above and beyond my expectations. Tending to her needs, offering updates and informing the family on what to expect. A few nurses even went as far as to apply her pink lipstick when she asked. I highly recommend this beautiful facility to anyone facing the difficult task of putting a loved one in hospice care.
I wish there was a 10 star rating for this wonderful facility!!!!!!!!
I had open heart surgery in December and when discharged from the hospital I needed a rehabilitation facility to help me recuperate..
My sister had heard of Heritage Crossing and spoke to my Cardiologist...
When I was admitted I was impressed by its cleanliness,it’s caring employees,it’s private rooms with their own heating and cooling systems(no more cold or hot like in the hospital) and the very comfortable beds and furniture ..
I felt like I was in a private bedroom,not a rehabilitation facility!!!!
The food was a step above the hospital and nurses were available for my every need 24/7.....
I can’t think of one negative situation during my three week stay!!!!
After being released they assisted me further providing Home Health Care!!
Again,I can’t say enough good things about Heritage Crossing and thankful for my stay !!!!
My husband Eric, who was the love of my life, was a patient at Heritage Crossing for almost 3 months. During that time he was well taken care of from everyone on staff. I'd call at different times to check on him with the nurses and was always provided a detailed update of his condition for the day. The staff were always so accommodating to him. They treated him with respect and dignity which we both truly appreciated. The staff was sincere and very compassionate to the both of us. Eric always had nice things to say about the care he received, all his caretakers and especially the food. He loved the food! The chef asked him what he liked and didn't care for and he was wonderfully fed delicious meals. When the day came and Eric passed away Dena, Raymond and the other staff on shift, they were so deeply caring and truly showed me and my family and friends just how much they cared for my love, my precious husband Eric. We were very blessed to be able to place him at this care facility since Eric needed 24/7 care. It was truly a miracle from God! I highly recommend Heritage Crossing should you need this type of compassionate care for your loved one! God Bless you all!
My mother-in-law was at Heritage Crossing for 2 months. The staff and owners were very kind to her and our family; someone in our family was there daily for a good part of the day. The food was great, even down to Johnny asking her if she had other preferences he could make her to help her eat. The nursing staff was very caring. Thank you Heritage Crossing. We will definitely recommend your facility to anyone who needs a place for their loved one.
They took such good care of my father in law. We needed to have him transported from the central coast and they were so wonderful about figuring out all the details and sending a nurse along to make sure he would be comfortable. Raymond was the nurse that was in the transport with him and I can’t say enough nice things, he even checked on us daily even though he wasn’t our nurse after that. The facility is clean, as well. It was very nice having a kids play room on site too. I wasn’t worried about the children When they came for visits.
