Honda North

This review is kinda late but better late then never. Honda north made this as smooth as possible Jarred was great he answered all my questions explained all the details of the cars I was asking about. There finance team went all out to get me a very good loan and kept me informed during the process. The only stressful part was me choosing the car which I’m very happy with. Thanks Honda north.

We had a great experience with Raj as our salesman. We were warmly greeted as soon as we parked. We knew what we wanted to look at and he was very helpful in answering all our questions. He was so patient with us as we explored various finance options and drafted multiple ones for us to consider. The overall experience was so stress-free.

It was good. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
I would like to give a shout out to my sales man Michael Fleming. I've been working with Michael for little over a month. I was looking for a 2022 HR-V in one of 3 colors (sorry Honda I didn't like the redesign 2023). Michael kept me advised as to what they were receiving and when this white came in he called me and I went down there that afternoon and I drove it home later that day. So again thanks Michael and thanks for the pen.
I would like to give a shout out to a few other people but sorry guys I don't remember your names. The one person behind the desk that kept giving me information that my insurance needed even tho he was busy on the phone. To the person that made filling out the paper work easy (I like the way that all the paperwork comes on a thumb drive).

Yes I would recommend Honda North to other people. It's kind of a classy place.

I had been searching and attempting to get into a new vehicle for near a year before I had come across Honda North. On that day, I had spent the morning at Lithia Nissan of Clovis. Unfortunately, the time spent ended in waste, as they were not able to help with my vehicle pursuits.

After my morning escapades there, I left out, and on my way home, I spotted Honda North. Something told me to stop in and give them a try.

When I came in, I spoke with a representative and informed him of the hassles I had come across in my journey, and the time wasted that morning.

I gave them a price range I wanted to star within, and let them know I didn’t want to waste any more time and walk out empty handed.

They listened to my concerns, and not only that, but took action to show they cared. Within the hour, we had numbers crunched and an idea of what options were available.

Now, my credit situation was a hard one to work with, and understandably, is a factor in my ability to get into a vehicle. However, this challenge was quickly accepted by expert Petra.

Petra came out to speak with me personally about my troubles thus far with my car journey. What I was looking for, and what I needed out of my vehicle. She spoke with me to build a rapport, and to build an understanding. Petra placed herself in my shoes, and applied the same care to the vehicle search, as if she were searching for her own vehicle.

When Petra showed me the vehicle she believed was a great choice, I was completely shocked. Amazed, because it was immediately apparent that Petra had truly listened to my needs.

When I began my vehicle search, I did not believe I would be able to get into anything as nice and practical as the vehicle Petra had for me. I was blown away.

Petra then went the extra mile to work to ensure that I was able to get approved, and drive off with my new vehicle.
In 4 hours, Petra and Honda North were able to do what every other dealership hadn’t in the last year. Thanks to them, I’m able to expand my options with work, and here soon, expand my career. Thank you, Honda north, and especially, a huge thank you to Petra.

I was completely satisfied with the overall performance of the sales team. They were all very professional and knowledgeable about Honda automobiles. I was able to walk in and drive out with a brand new Accord Sport and could not be happier. Thank you all at Honda North Clovis for a wonderful experience in purchasing a new vehicle.
